Description: Professional supervision is defined as the relationship between supervisor and supervisee in which the responsibility and accountability for the development of competence, demeanor, and ethical practice take place. The supervisor is responsible for providing direction to the supervisee, who applies social work theory, standardized knowledge, skills, competency, and applicable ethical content in the practice setting. The supervisor and the supervisee both share responsibility for carrying out their role in this collaborative process. (NASW)
For Webinar: The webinar will be conducted via a secure training portal during the day of training. The training will be live and the link to the training portal will be provided to each registrant. On the day of training, you will utilize the link to access the LIVE Webinar Training.

Webinar Registration Deadline: 10 days before the training begins
Post-Test Information for Webinar Participants: There will be a Post-Test to ensure that you understand and feel that the learning objectives were met during the training. This Post-Test will also help the trainer know the effective of each training. Post-Test will be emailed to each participant immediately after the training has concluded and must be returned the same day via email in order to receive CE credit.
Evaluation for Participants: There will be an evaluation for both in-person and webinar participants. For in-person, the evaluation will be given at the end of the training and must be completed in order to receive CE credit. For webinar participants, the evaluation will be email to each participant at the end of the training and must be returned along with the Post-Test the same day via email in order to receive CE credit
System Requirements for Live Webinar Through Zoom :
- Operating Systems: Windows XP or higher, MacOS 9 or higher, Android 4.0 or higher with speakers and camera
- Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher, Google Chrome, Firefox 10.0 or higher
- Broadband Internet connection: Cable, High-speed DSL & any other medium that is internet accessible
- Live webinar available through Zoom.
Refund Policy: Full Refund will be issued for cancellations made 72 hours prior to the training. Otherwise, training fee is transferable and can be used for a future training date.
Course Completion Requirements: SW must fully attend the course and complete a post test and evaluation which must be turned in to receive CE credit. Upon completion, attendees will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. For those taking the Live Webinar, the certificate will be emailed once the evaluation and post-test are received.
